The excellent service and quality of service experienced by the customer have always been the starting point of Sigma Trukit’s operations and one of our operating ideas. The competitiveness of Sigma Trukit’s is based on the service experienced by the customer. Our position in the partner circle is also relevant for the environment. We are able to influence the way the customer works in logistics control and optimization of transport equipment. Through our own work, we are able to influence the recycling of materials and the treatment of waste. We comply with all legal and environmental requirements and are committed to preventing pollution. Our personnel working on our customers’ premises operate in accordance with local operating policies, and in support of the customer’s qualitative and environmental goals and objectives. The goal of Sigma Trukit’s personnel is to learn and develop personally in safety, quality and environmental issues throughout their employment. Good practices are recorded at all organizational levels and their management and information are the responsibility of the company’s management. The company’s management sets goals for the continuous improvement of operations, the implementation of which is monitored by various quality and environmental indicators.

Environmental responsibility
We know the environmental impact of our operations and strive to reduce them. We prepare in advance for future environmental challenges. We strive to develop and implement technologies and practices that minimize the impact on the environment. We will improve the energy efficiency of our production processes and strive to increase the use of renewable energy to reduce CO2 emissions. We use materials efficiently.
Occupational health and safety policy
We are committed to working safely and promoting well-being at work in cooperation with our staff, our work community and our partners in accordance with existing legislation. Our main goals are to maintain and develop our ability to work and to reduce accidents and sick leave. We strive to prevent incidents and continuously improve safety through the identification of OSH risks and the guidelines set by them, as well as by adhering to annual OSH targets. We are committed to open information and training on OSH issues and ensure that policies, guidelines and key results are available to all. The Code of Conduct emphasizes everyone’s responsibility to ensure a safe and functioning work community.
The adequacy of this policy and its effectiveness are regularly assessed through management reviews.
